LANETTE - Academy of Safety Driving is the first and the only one engaged in training drivers, both in driving course and in perfecting driving techniques. Our mission is to improve techniques, awareness as well as knowledge about safety and economic moving along roads.

We provide you:

Medical examination

Medical examinations carried out at the Driver Training Centre are purposed to state existence or lack of health contradictions to drive vehicles of persons competing for driving licence.

Instructive materials: HANDBOOK, DRIVING EXAMINATION TESTS, CD RECORD

Each student is given the instructive materials in a form of handbooks covering complete knowledge and inquiry support, driving licence tests required by the national examination. Moreover, the referred material is also rovided on CD records. Any instructive materials as well as covering the Motorway Code are updated currently.

30-hour theoretical classes, which are:

• conducted in the adjusted lecture hall – aired and air-conditioned
• enriched with workshop conducted by a traffic and transportation psychologist
• provided with practical training covering Pre Med Life Saving Procedures in Traffic Accidents (4h), conducted by qualified staff

30-hour practical classes, including:

• 1-hour preliminary driving in a passenger car simulator
• preliminary driving lectures in a road city
• city, night and motorway driving lectures
• driving lectures along examination routes
• driving lectures by various cars, among others: Fiat Grande Punto, Opel Corsa D, Toyota Yaris, VW New Beetle, Fiat 500, VW Polo, Fiat Doblo, Chevrolet Aveo
• opportunity to drive a car of SUBARU IMPREZA GT make
• driving lectures conducted by trainers perfecting driving techniques, racing and rally drivers (including with the Champion of Poland Cup of Kia Lotos Cup)

TROLLEYS

Slalom covered in a car provided with trolleys simulating driving in skid. Idea of vehicle oversteering and understeering. Fun and learning.

Theory means introduction covering issues of safety driving along roads:

• driving technique and tactics, individual adjustment of correct position at taking the wheel,
• physics of vehicle motion,
• drivers’ psychology,
• safety systems in motor-cars.

Practice means:

• driving technique and tactics, individual adjustment of correct position at taking the wheel,
• preparation to driving, warm-up – tight slalom,
• speedy slalom – overcoming series of bends, keeping correct driving track in bends, being in control of a motor-car,
• braking distance – speed impact on to braking distance, comparison of a braking distance of a motor-car provided with and unprovided with anti-lock braking system (ABS),
• emergency braking – correct emergency braking on slippery pavement including passing round an obstacle on a road [of a motor-car provided with and unprovided with anti-lock braking system (ABS)],
• sudden change of a traffic lane – a manoeuvre to pass round an obstacle on a road.

Driving courses for B category are conducted basing on the top training standards of Improvement of Driving Techniques, and syllabus of them include number of elements directly included in training syllabus of Improvement of Driving Techniques.
